The wholesale bakery operates out of a leased space located at the MarketPlace Complex, 110 North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish – basement level of the Shelly Bay MarketPlace.
Our retail store is located at 22 Church Street, Hamilton – across from the bus terminal.
A basic specialty cake can be ordered the day before it is required. Special orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Yes, we typically make extra 8 inch, 9 inch and 10 inch round, plain cakes every day. These can be decorated to your specifications and be ready for collection within an hour!
We make both round and square cakes (8 and 9 inch, round only). The number of servings per cake depends on how the cake is sliced. The following is a guideline for round cakes;
8 inch cake – 12 pieces
9 inch cake – 15 pieces
10 inch cake – 20 pieces
12 inch cake – 25 pieces
14 inch cake – 35 pieces
16 inch cake – 45 pieces
Sheet cake – 100 pieces
Yes we do! Bring your ideas, pictures, etc. and talk to our pastry chef and we will create your dream for you.
Our standard specialty cake is a pound cake. This can be plain, marbled or chocolate. Red velvet is also available.
Our standard icing is buttercream but we also offer fondant and cream cheese icing.
Bread and pastries can be stored in the freezer if it is not to be used within a couple days of purchase. Once frozen, simply remove the quantity required and leave it at room temperature for about 30-60 minutes before use.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not allow returns. If an item is considered faulty, please return the item (in whole or in part) for an instore credit.
If we fail to supply or deliver your order, we will refund the purchase price.
